Alan M. Foresman

GARDNER - Alan M. Foresman, 55, of 40 Dinan Dr., Gardner, died Thursday, November 20, 2008 in the UMass Memorial Medical Center - University Campus, Worcester, MA. The son of Paul W. and Claire M. (Moore) Foresman, Alan was born in Fitchburg on March 6, 1953, grew up there, and graduated from Fitchburg High School with the class of 1971. After working as a self-employed lobsterman in Marshfield, he returned to the area and worked for many years at North End Subaru before becoming a customer service representative for The Schwan Food Company. Outside of work, Alan's interests ranged broadly, and he was an avid golfer and outdoorsman. In addition to his parents, he leaves two sons: Christopher B. Foresman of Winchendon, Ross J. Foresman of Fort Hood, TX; one sister: Paula K. Foresman and husband Michael Touloumtzis of Mansfield; two brothers: Kurt C. Foresman and wife Laura of Gardner, Jon W. Foresman and wife Virginia of Hubbardston; and beloved aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews. All are invited to attend a Memorial Mass on Saturday, November 29, 2008 at 10:00 am at St. Camillus Church, 333 Mechanic St., Fitchburg. No calling hours are scheduled.
