Alfred R. Guilmette

LEOMINSTER - Alfred R. Guilmette, 61 of 13 Jerome Place, Leominster, died Tuesday, November 27, 2007 in the Heywood Hospital, Gardner, MA. He was born in Leominster, on July 1, 1946, the son of the late Albert Guilmette and Irene (Dufresne) Guilmette. He was a member of St. Cecilia's Church in Leominster. He worked at the Fitchburg and Leominster Area Rehabilitation Work Center. He leaves two brothers: Albert P. Guilmette of Leominster and Gerard L. Guilmette of Townsend; one sister: Lillian Mason of Leominster; and several nieces and nephews. His two brothers James J. Guilmette of Leominster and Roger A. Guilmette of Fort Myers, Fl. predeceased him. Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 30, 2007 from the M. A. Simard and Son Funeral Home, 14 Walker St., Leominster with a 10am Mass of Christian burial in St. Cecilia's Church, 180 Mechanic St., Leominster. Burial will follow in St. Cecilia's Cemetery, Leominster. Calling hours in the funeral home are Thursday, November 29 from 5-7pm.
