Angela Fuentes, affectionately known by her loved ones as LaLa, graced the world with her loving and joyful presence on July 31, 1958, in New York, NY. She was a beacon of light, filled with a deep sense of empathy and an infectious laughter that filled the room with love. As the author Maya Angelou once said, "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." This sentiment perfectly encapsulates the lasting impact Angela had on all those fortunate enough to have known her.
Angela resided in Westminster, Massachusetts, and previously lived in Gardner, MA. & Clinton, MA. Although she was born Special needs with intellectual disabilities, she was always one of the smartest people in the room and had a great ability to remember and recount stories! She loved doing arts and crafts, singing and watching her favorite shows like Maury, Jerry Springer, and various cooking shows. She especially loved savoring her iced Dunkin' coffee! However, what mattered most to her was being around her family and playing with her pets, reveling in the love and warmth that they provided. Her childlike nature and playful manner made every day something to cherish.
Angela is survived by her sister, Carmen Primeau, her brother Jamie Fuentes, her niece Jenna Fuentes, her nephew Shane Bradford, and her brother-in-law Jason Primeau and many extended family members that she loved dearly. She was preceded in death by her father Jose Robledo, her mother Carmen Robles, and her brother Jose Jr. Though Angela’s physical presence is no longer with us, her spirit lives on in the hearts of her loved ones. In the words of Helen Keller, "What we have once enjoyed we can never lose; all that we love deeply becomes a part of us."

A calling hour will be held Thursday, December 5, 2024, 9:00-10:15AM at Mack Family Funeral Home, 105 Central St. Gardner followed by an 11:00 AM Mass at Holy Rosary Church, 135 Nichols St. Gardner Burial will follow at The Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 111 Glenallen St. Winchendon.
