LEOMINSTER- Angelina (Tata) DeCiantes, 98, of Leominster, died peacefully in her home, Sunday, December 16.
She was born November 25, 1920, in Leominster, daughter of the late Frank and Rosina (Pollastri) Tata and has lived in Leominster her entire life. Angelina was a wonderful mother who made the best homemade ravioli. She enjoyed playing cards and going to the horse races with her husband. She will be greatly missed at Leominster High School’s Appleseed Restaurant.
She leaves her son, Domenic DeCiantes and his companion, Lisa of Templeton; one sister, with whom she lived, Phyllis Tata; several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, John DeCiantes, and sisters, Aggie, Rosalie, Claire, Beverly, and Tessa.
Funeral services are private with the assistance of Simard Funeral Home, 14 Walker St., Leominster.
