Anna S. Richard (Karpowicz), 93, of 16 Cherry Street, Baldwinville passed away Wednesday evening, June 21, at home peacefully in her sleep after a long battle with cancer.
She leaves a daughter, Christine Connor; 2 sons, William and wife Sue Richard, PJ and wife Kimberly Richard; grandchildren, Todd Richard, Kerry Weidenhammer, Kimberly Brown, Joshua and Andrew Richard, Angela, Stephanie and Selina Richard; numerous great grand children, nieces and nephews. She was Predeceased by her husband Leo Richard and son Stephen Richard.
She was born in Gardner and lived in Baldwinville most of her life. She earned her GED in 1972. Anna worked 27 years as a book keeper and pharmacist assistant at the Village Drug Store in Baldwinville and spent many enjoyable years taking care of clients at the Walter E. Fernald State developmental center. Anna loved to play Bingo on Thursday’s nights and taking bus trips to Foxwoods. Hobbies include reading and the completing the daily cross word puzzle. She enjoyed cooking family recipes for her family and was a devoted member of St. Vincent de Paul Parish and serving the Lord.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place Wednesday June 28, 2017 at 11AM at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 18 Pleasant St. Baldwinville Ma.
Burial to follow in St. John’s Cemetery.
