Barbara J. Daigle

TEMPLETON - Barbara J. (Sexton) Daigle, 79, of 294 Patriots Rd., Templeton, died Friday, October 30, 2009 in the Wachusett Manor Nursing Home, Gardner. She was born in Winchendon, on January 30, 1930, the daughter of the late Daniel R. and Jennie (Best) Sexton. She lived in Templeton most of her life. She was a member of the Templeton Golden Agers, Templeton Library and Holy Cross Church. Mrs. Daigle enjoyed reading and doing crossword puzzles. She loved her family and grandchildren. She leaves two daughters: Susan Daigle of Wrentham, Nancy Denis and husband Jeffrey of Templeton; two sons: Richard Daigle of Templeton, Michael Daigle and wife Carole of Bakersfield, CA; five grandchildren: Jess and Nicholas Daigle, Olivia Trabelsi and Alexander and Nicole Denis; three sisters: Sylvia Hutchinson of Agawam, Janice Patnode and Linda Patnode both of Gardner. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, John C. Daigle on March 25, 1984 and by her brother, Ralph Sexton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, November 3, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in Holy Cross Church, 26 Lake Ave., East Templeton. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Monday, November 2, 2009 from 4-7 p.m. in the Mack Funeral Home, 91 Vernon St., Gardner.
