Beverly J. Cummings ORANGE - Beverly J. (Cormier) Cummings, 71, of 20 Fryeville Road, Tully, died Thursday (9-19-02) in Heywood Hospital, Gardner. Born in Madison, Maine, Nov. 15, 1930, she was the daughter of John and Bertha (Snell) Cormier. She was raised in Madison, but had lived in the Orange-Athol area most of her life. Cummings was a homemaker. She enjoyed bingo and crossword puzzles. Her husband of 46 years, Arthur Cummings, died in 1993. She leaves three children, Linda Erali and Arthur Jr., both of Orange, and Sharon Maher of Athol; a sister, Dorothy Lagattuta of Clearwater, Fla.; five grandchildren: Gina Erali, Michael Erali II, Michael Maher, Todd Maher and Adam Maher; two great-grandchildren, Zachary Watson, and Marcellos Erali. Calling hours at the J. Edward Murphy Funeral Home, 137 Main St., Athol, will be Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
