Bruce Allan Nay, 67 of Gardner, died peacefully at Heywood Hospital on 2/23/23 with family at his side following a brief illness.
He was born on April 6, 1955 in Quantico, VA to the late Marshal and Ethel (Drew) Nay.
He is survived by his wife, Karen (Shultz) Nay of Gardner and two sons, Kristopher and Steven Nay of Jacksonville, FL. Also he leaves three sisters, Marsha of North Carolina, Lynn and Cindy and two brothers Michael and Larry, all of NH. Also a granddaughter Cassidy and a great-grandson, Payton of Jacksonville, FL as well as a favorite niece, Laura Parker of NH.
He served in active duty in the USMC for 12 years. His last tour was in Lebanon. He received several military honors during his tours of duty.
Bruce worked in the computer industry for Wang and TJ Maxx prior to his retirement. He enjoyed building model cars and airplanes, playing chess and cribbage, cooking, fishing, and gardening. He especially enjoyed his two cats, Annabelle and Ebony.
Services will be private at the conveniences of the family.
Mack Family Funeral Home, 105 Central Street, Gardner, MA is assisting with Bruce's arrangement.
