Carol A. Gustafson

Clinton........Carol A "Tootsie" (Zafirs) Gustafson 66 of Clinton, died Thursday March 24, 2011 at the home of her daughter in Leominster after an illness. She was born September 16, 1944 in Clinton MA the daughter of the late Nicholas Zafirs and Catherine (Roncone) Zafirs and was a lifelong Clinton resident. She leaves her mother Catherine Zafirs of Clinton, her husband of (41) Years William Gustafson, two sons Eric Gustafson and his wife Erin of Fitchburg and Jason Gustafson and his partner Marc of Leominster, her daughter Ann Gustafson and her husband David "Bucky" Bergeron of Leominster, her brother Christopher Zafirs and his wife Nancy of Clinton and her four grandchildren, David Bergeron, Brian Bergeron, Emma Gustafson and William Gustafson. Carol worked as a Cook at various nursing homes throughout Worcester County. She was a communicant of St Johns Church in Clinton and enjoyed cooking, baking and shopping. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday March 29, 2011 in St Johns Cemetery Lancaster MA. There are no calling hours.
