WINCHENDON - Carole A. Morse, age 75, of Winchendon died unexpectedly Saturday, September 24, 2016 at Heywood Hospital in Gardner. Carole was born July 9, 1941 in Winchendon. She is the daughter of the late Quinn and the late Eva (Rouleau) Ashmore. She worked as an assembler for Millipore and the former Quality Pad Company, retiring in 2003. Carole grew up in Winchendon and graduated from Gardner High School in 1959. She was a member of the Silver Sneakers group at the Clark YMCA. Her greatest enjoyment was being with her grandchildren and watching their sporting events. She was formerly a member of the Immaculate Heart of Mary church in Winchendon. She is survived by her daughters Lynnette Morse of Fitchburg and Darlene Agnelli and husband Larry Agnelli, Jr. of Winchendon, with whom she lived, her grandchildren Jocelyn Agnelli and Larry Agnelli, III of Winchendon, her sister Yvonne Page of Winchendon and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Robert T. Morse, her sisters Roseanne Grasmuck, Arlene Patterson, Dorothy Penski, Janet Morneau, and Joan Lemire, her brothers Clayton Ashmore, Harold Ashmore, Arthur Ashmore, and Quinn Ashmore. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 am on Friday, October 7 at Our Lady Of The Holy Rosary Church, 135 Nichols St., Gardner, MA. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery. There are no calling hours. The family requests no flowers be sent. Instead, memorial contributions may be made to the Murdock Sports Boosters, 2 Memorial Drive, Winchendon, MA 01475, or to the Clark YMCA, 155 Central Street, Winchendon, MA 01475. John H.
