LEOMINSTER - Cecile V. (St. Jean) Bilodeau, 93 of 794 Lancaster Street died Wednesday, August 9, 2006 in the Health Alliance Hospital, Leominster.
She was born in Leominster on March 23, 1913, the daughter of the late Delphis and the late Mary Agnes (Tourigny) St. Jean.
Cecile was educated in Leominster and was a life long resident. She was employed by the Leominster School System for over twenty years at the Gallagher Junior High School and was a member of St. Cecilia´s Church. She also enjoyed knitting, crocheting, traveling and gardening.
She leaves one daughter; Jean R. Morel of Leominster, one son; Louis R. Bilodeau and his wife Barbara of Leominster, one sister; Claire Connolly of Fitchburg, two brothers; Robert St. Jean of Leominster and Eugene St. Jean of Fitchburg, twelve grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Alphonse L. Bilodeau, four brothers; Phillip M. St Jean, Alfred St. Jean, Ernest St. Jean, and Theodore St. Jean, and five sisters; Della Bergeron, Evelyn Brousseau, Lillian St. Jean, Irene Johnson, and Yvonne St. Jean.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, August 12, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Cecilia's Church, 180 Mechanic St., Leominster, MA. Burial will follow in St. Cecilia´s Cemetery, Leominster.
Calling hours will be held Saturday, August 12, 2006 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the M.A. Simard & Son Funeral Home, 14 Walker St., Leominster, MA.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that donations may be made in Cecile's memory to St. Cecilia's Church, 180 Mechanic St., Leominster, MA 01453.
