Claire A. (Baron) Doherty

 LEOMINSTER------Claire A (Baron) Doherty 77, of Leominster died Sunday February 19,2012 in the Lifecare Center of Leominster after a long illness.  She was born July 20, 1934 in Leominster MA the daughter of the late Adrien Baron and Eva (Bouchard) Baron and was a lifelong resident.  She leaves her son, Charles E. Doherty and his wife Erika of Fitchburg and a daughter Carrie L. Harris and her husband John of Fitchburg, four brothers, Leon Baron, Arnold Baron, and Rene Baron all of Leominster and Dennis Baron of New York, two sisters, Renda Matthews and Phyllis Delgiudice Both of Leominster, six grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. Many nephews nieces and cousins.  She was predeceased by her sister Janice Hebert.  Claire grew up in Leominster and graduated from Leominster High School. She was employed as a clerk for the Registry of Deeds and at several local banks. She was a communicant of St Cecilia’s Church in Leominster.  Claire’s Funeral will be held on Thursday February 23, 2012 from Simard Funeral Home 14 Walker St Leominster with an 11am Mass of Christian burial in St Cecilia’s Church 180 Mechanic St Leominster.
