Claudette G. Camirand

LEOMINSTER-------Claudette G. Camirand 78 a resident of Leominster Crossings, died Friday afternoon at home after an illness. She was born June 7, 1932 in Leominster MA the daughter of the late Walter L. Camirand and Laura (Richard) Camirand, and spent her whole life in Leominster. She leaves her brother Milton R. Camirand of Florida, and several nephews and nieces. Her sister Lillian G. Bernard died August 5, 2001. Claudette worked for 21 years for the City of Leominster in the Accountants office as a clerk, later going to work in the City Clerks office as Senior Clerk for 5 years, retiring in 1982.She was a communicant of St Cecilia's Church in Leominster, the St Jean De Baptiste Society and the Leominster Senior Center. The funeral will be held on Tuesday April 26, 2011 from Simard Funeral Home 14 Walker St Leominster with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11AM in St Cecilia's Church 180 Mechanic St Leominster. Burial will follow in St Cecilia's Cemetery. Calling hours in the funeral home are Tuesday morning April 26, 2011 are from 9; 45am - 10:45am.
