David Brian Arsenault

LEOMINSTER - David Brian Arsenault, 50 of 90 Mooreland Ave., Leominster, died Sunday, April 13, 2008 at home after an illness. He was born in Fitchburg, on August 14, 1957, the son of Harold G. and Nancy (Anderson) Arsenault. David attended St. Cecilia's Grammar School in Leominster and graduated from Leominster High School in 1975. While in high school he was an outstanding football and baseball player. After high school he attended the Choate Academy in Connecticut for one year before attending Tufts University in Boston where he graduated in 1980 with degrees in Psychology and Biology. In college he played on both the football and baseball teams. After graduating from college David worked at HARTZ Mountain Research and Development Co. based out of New Jersey, later going to work as a supervisor at Bench Mark Construction Co. in New Hampshire. He was very involved with the Leominster, New Hampshire and Lunenburg Softball Leagues where he served as an umpire. He leaves his father: Harold G. Arsenault and mother: Nancy Arsenault both of Leominster, one brother: Jay Arsenault and his wife Brenda of Leominster, his god mother Rita J. Arsenault of Leominster, his god father John "Jack" Anderson of Pawtucket, RI; his favorite uncle Richard "Butch" Anderson of Fitchburg; one nephew: Brandon Matthew Arsenault of Leominster, aunts, uncles and cousins. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, April 19, 2008 at 10 a.m. in the St. Cecilia's Church, 180 Mechanic Street, Leominster. Burial will be at a later date.
