Deborah Dupuis-Doherty

GARDNER- Deborah Dupuis Doherty, 53, of Gardner, passed on Tuesday, October 8. Deborah was born February 23, 1966, in Waltham, daughter of Oscar and Marie (DeForge) Dupuis and grew up in Waltham. She has been a resident of Gardner for many years, working in the Gardner School system as a substitute teacher, a tutor at MWCC and was also a registered nurse. Family was everything to Deborah, especially her boys. She enjoyed crafting, baking, thrift shopping and her band 'The Dumpster Bunnies'. She was very dedicated to her students and will be greatly missed by many. She is survived by her parents, Oscar and Marie Dupuis, her husband of 16 years, Paul E. Doherty; sons, Matthew and Daniel Doherty, both of Gardner; brother, Brian Dupuis of VA; sister, Dawn Dupuis of Milford; as well as several nieces and nephews. Calling hours are Monday, October 14, from 3:00 to 7:00 P.M. at Mack Family Funeral Homes, Lamoureux-Smith & Poliks Chapel, 105 Central St., Gardner. The funeral will be held Tuesday, October 15, at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home.
