Doris H. (Lewis) Duguay

Doris H. Duguay Athol – Doris H. (Lewis) “Betty” Duguay, 97, of 171 South Royalston Road, died Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at the Applewood  Home for Elders.      Betty was born in Athol on July 20, 1915, the daughter of Arthur and Lillian (Buck) Lewis.  She grew up in Athol and has lived here most of her life.      She was a member of Our Lady Immaculate Church, worked at the Sanders Street Elementary School in the cafeteria, the L. S. Starrett Company and the McElwain Shoe Shop.        Betty leaves two daughters, Wanda Duguay of Athol and Sandra Loretan of Orange; a son Ulric Duguay of Orange; three grandchildren, Thomas and Jonathan Loretan and a granddaughter Christine Jackson; five great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.  She was predeceased by her husband of many years, George J. Duguay who died in 2007.      A private graveside service will be held at Silver Lake Cemetery with the Rev. Fr.
