Dorothy Ann Ashworth

Lunenburg- Dorothy A. Ashworth, 47, of Lunenburg, passed away at home unexpectedly on Friday July 5th, 2013. She was born on June 4th, 1966 in Winchester, MA, the daughter of James Ashworth and the late Maureen (Barrett) Ashworth. Dorothy graduated from Burlington High School and Middlesex Community College. She was a home health aide, caring for many clients lovingly over the years. She was also a loving mother, grandmother, and aunt. In her spare time she enjoyed crocheting and spending time with her family. Dorothy leaves behind her father; James Ashworth of Lunenburg, her husband; Frederick A. Saseen of Lunenburg, one son; Thomas Ashworth of Lunenburg, one step-daughter; Christina Saseen of Leominster, two sisters; Susan M. Hall and her husband Lawrence of Westford, Joan Tiano-Cedargren and her husband Eric of Westford,  two grandchildren; Kelsey Ashworth, and Lily Salgado, nephews and nieces; Sophia Tiano, Jaeden Tiano, Leonidas Cedargren, Jean-Paul Pellerin, Mariah McMullen, Steven Constant, and Brittnay Constant. Calling hours will be held from the Simard Funeral Home 14 Walker St, Leominsteron Thursday July 11th, 2013 from 6:00pm-8:00pm. A funeral service will follow at 8:00pm in the funeral home.
