Edmund Joseph Moisan Jr., also known as Eddie, passed away unexpectedly on November 6, 2024. Born in Townsend, MA, on April 25, 1963, Edmund's sense of humor and witty presence was larger than life to those who knew him. In the words of his favorite movie, Shawshank Redemption, Ed truly embodied the philosophy “Get busy living, or get busy dying”
Edmund worked in many areas of construction, including foundations, and fencing. He owned and operated E&S Seal Coating for 25 years.
Outside of his work, Edmund was an avid outdoorsman, with a passion for fishing, hunting, and riding his beloved Harleys. He was a man who cherished the freedom of the open road. Eddie loved his dogs, Max, Chopper, and Beau. His love for Italian food earned him the childhood name of “Spaghetti Eddie”, which he ran a food truck with that name. Edmund married the love of his life, Susan, on September 18, 1993.
Edmund leaves his mother Priscilla (Pat) Kerr & step father Bill , Sisters Michelle Moisan, Cheryl Cemp, Annette Allain & husband Tom, Christine Fleming and husband Jeff, sister-in-law Karen Cerritelli Longworth, and mother-in-law Elaine Tellier and many nieces and nephews. Edmund was preceded in death by his father, Edmund Sr., sister Lorna E. Stowers, his father-in-law Ronald Tellier and brother-in-law Les Longworth.
As we remember Edmund, focus on the funny humorous man he was and not mourn his departure, but celebrate the good times shared with him in life. In his memory, we encourage you to share your favorite stories, photos, and moments shared on the memorial page. His laughter, his joy, and his love for life will continue to remind us to "Get busy living, or get busy dying."
To honor Ed’s memory, a Gofundme account has been set up by Annette Allain.
Services and burial will be private.
