Edward J. Ledoux

ORANGE- Edward J. Ledoux Jr., 69, of Orange, died Thursday, November 27, at UMass Medical Center, after an illness. He was born March 27, 1945, in Montague, son of the late Edward Ledoux Sr. and the late Joyce (Begor) Ledoux. He graduated in 1963 with the first class to complete all grades in the newly built Mahar Regional High School. After graduation, he moved to California. He then enlisted with the U.S. Marine Corps serving two tours of Vietnam. Following his service, he was a union carpenter and construction supervisor for over 30 years. He loved woodworking, fishing, hunting, trap shooting, and of course watching his Patriots. He was a member of the American Legion Post 172 in Orange. He leaves his wife of 35 years, Katherine A. (DeFazio) Ledoux; five daughters, Mary Catherine DeFazio, Sara Drew and her husband, James; Heidi Johnson and her husband, Michael, Rachel Montgomery and her husband, Mathew, and Danielle Berry and her companion, Jamie Spinelli; six grandchildren, Jillian, Amanda, Zachery, Caleb, Dominick, and Nadia; two great grandchildren, Jenna and Benjamin; four brothers, John Ledoux, Raymond Ledoux and his wife, Sharon, Joseph Ledoux and his wife, Susan, and Timothy Ledoux; several nieces and nephews.
