Elaine D. Carlson

LEOMINSTER - Elaine D. (Gaudette) Carlson, 86, of Leominster, died Sunday, June 23, 2019 in the Rose Monahan Home, Worcester. She was born in Leominster, on December 23, 1932, the daughter of the late F. Russell and the late Florence (Ratell) Gaudette. Elaine was a Registered Nurse for the City of Leominster - Public Health Department and as a school nurse for St. Anna's and St. Cecilia's. She also worked as an O.R. Supervisor when the Tornado hit Worcester in 1950. She was a communicant of St. Cecilia's Church. She leaves her husbandof 49 years: Robert Carlson of Leominster; one daughter: Karen Plant and her husband Robert of Gardner; one sister: Eileen Ambergey of Westminster; three grandchildren: Kristen Fortin and her husband, Kurt of Nantucket, Josh Plant and his spouse, Chris of NY City, Sarah Aldridge and her husband, Jared of Hubbardston; three great grandchildren: Kaia and Zoe Fortin, Danika Roberts; three nephews: Scott Amburgey and his wife Patty, Brian Amburgey and his wife Cindy, Craig Amburgey; three great nieces and one great nephew.
