Eleanor M. Champoux

Eleanor M. Champoux (Parsons), age 85, and a resident of Athol, MA, passed away on December 15, 2023.

Eleanor was born on May 10, 1938, to the late Robert W. Parsons and Mary (Dulong) Parsons in Lynn, MA. 

Eleanor was well known for her love for her grandchildren,  great children, and family. She enjoyed going out to people watch, eat, and shopping for literally anything. A big lover of ice cream and sneaking the dogs a bite of her dinner. She loved to sing and be around her great grand kids Parker and EllaJean and facetime her great granddaughter Tessa in Italy. She was excitingly awaiting the arrival of her great grandson Matthew as well. She was passionate in her work involving the Greg King memorial fund with her daughter Liz, Liz's spouse Geoff and friends Joe, Sheila, and Lisa.

Eleanor is predeceased by her parents, her brother, and her infant daughter. She is survived by her sister, her daughter Elizabeth and her spouse Geoff, her daughter Eileen and her spouse Mike, and her son Jimmy and his spouse Melanie and her 7 grand kids and 6 great grand kids. She will be deeply missed by every person that knew her and her heart of gold.
