Elizabeth Gagnon

Elizabeth Joy Gagnon, (Liz) 39, died Saturday, July 9th 2022.
She leaves her parents, Mark and Pamela (Corriveau) Gagnon of Athol; one brother, Jeremiah Gagnon of the Boston area;

two nieces, Gabriella and Juliana Gagnon, several aunts and uncles, cousins and many friends.

She was pre-deceased by two sets of much loved grandparents, Richard and Elizabeth Gagnon and Leo and Helen Corriveau, all from Athol.
Elizabeth was born in Greenfield MA on July 26th 1982. She was a graduate of Greater Boston Academy in Stoneham MA
where she was given the Caring Heart award, participated in many mission trips and served as the Senior Class Pastor. She
went on to study at Cape Cod Community College as well as Mount Wachusett Community College where she received an
Associate’s Degree in Human Development. She also studied phlebotomy and nursing, cosmetology and hair styling. She
worked for twenty years as an executive assistant and care provider for Mr. Joel Goode. Liz also enjoyed taking classes at
Harvard University, both on line and in person.

Painting, interior decorating, music, popcorn and simply helping people in need were some of her special interests.
Liz could light up a room like few others. Her personal style, her sparkling personality and her gifts of compassion, influence,
humor, public speaking and deep love for Jesus Christ will never be forgotten by those who knew and loved her. The joy she
brought to so many will continue to live on in our memories.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date.
