Elizabeth Ann Tarpey, departed from this life on November 16, 2024, at the age of 92. Elizabeth was born in Gardner, Massachusetts on April 1, 1932, to Philip and Elizabeth Tarpey. She was a compassionate and generous person, always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need.

Elizabeth was a dedicated and accomplished secretary for Lilly Industrial Chemical Coatings in Gardner and Templeton, where her diligent work ethic and positive attitude were well-known and respected. Her generous nature and loving spirit extended beyond her professional life as she was an active member of the Professional Woman's Club and was widely known for her delicious chocolate chip cookies. Elizabeth's love for sports and traveling brought her joy, leading her to visit places like Hawaii, California, Bermuda, and Europe. She loved to watch Boston sports teams and was a big fan of Boston sports teams and the New England Patriots.

In the spirit of the scripture verse, "Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God" (Matthew 5:8), Elizabeth lived a fulfilling life full of love and kindness. She was preceded in death by her parents, Philip and Elizabeth Tarpey, and her brothers Philip Jr., John, and Robert Tarpey, along with sister-in-law Connie Tarpey.

She leaves behind her sister-in-law Gloria Tarpey, nieces Kathleen Breck, Kerry Tarpey, Maureen Prince, Emily Tarpey, Caroline Mosher, and nephews Philip III, Michael Tarpey, and John Tarpey.
