ATHOL: Estelle (Noel) White, after a full life of 98 years, died peacefully on February 27.
She was born in Athol on May 29, 1916- the daughter of Jaddus and Gillette (Savoy) Noel.
She worked as a Fancy Stitcher for J.F. McElwain and was a communicant of Our Lady Immaculate Church. She enjoyed playing card games and bingo with family and friends. Many will not forget her spunk and laughter that displayed her love of life.
She is survived by daughters Carole Landry and husband Alban of Winchester, Gail Blanchard of Westminster, Jacqueline Paluilis of Athol, CarolAnn Blanchard Duguay and her husband Marc of Athol, 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, niece Arline Cirincione of Rockville, MD and nephew Raoul Noel of Dracut.
She was predeceased by husband Robert White, her son Robert White, Jr., son-in-law Paul Paluilis and her brother Henry Noel.
Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
