LEOMINSTER...Filomena M."Phillis"(Petricca) Carolis 97 formally of 1025 Mechanic St.Leominster died January 23,2009 in Sterling Healthcare after an illness. She was born March 28,1911 in Leominster.She was a member of St Annas Church.She was employed at EI Dupont Co.and Derby Farm both in Leominster before retiring. She leaves Two sons-Normand and Domonic and a daughter Carol Ann Miller.Two sisters Julie Tourigny and Mary Perla. Her husband Michael J. Carolis Sr and a son Michael J. Carolis Jr and several brothers and sisters predeceased her. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday January 28,2009 at 1pm in Simard Funeral Home.Burial will be private.
