Florence E (Moody) Bukowski

North Fort Myers, FL – Florence (Moody) Bukowski, 92, Formerly of Gardner, passed away at home on Sunday July 29, 2012 after a short illness. She was born on October 21, 1919 in Gardner to the late Robert and Elar (Porn) Moody. Florence worked for the S. Bent brothers Furniture co. in South Gardner for many years as a packager. She later moved from Gardner to Florida after her retirement. She was predeceased by her husband Mitchell (Mike) Bukowski after 38    years of marriage before his passing on July 26, 1976. Florence also leaves behind two daughters, Sandra Dennis and her husband Harry, of Fort Myers, Fl. and Carol Marauszwski and her husband Bruce, of Lanesboro, MA. She also leaves behind three grandchildren, Brian Marauszwski, Carrie Nolan, and Karen Hartman, twelve great grandchildren, and three great – great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a grandson Mark Melanson.     The funeral service will be held on Friday August 3, 2012 at 11:00am in The Faith Lutheran Church, 627 Green Street, Gardner, MA. Burial will follow in the Wildwood Cemetery, Gardner. The family asks that those who are attending to please meet directly at the Faith Lutheran Church.
