Florence M. St. Yves

LEOMINSTER - Florence M. (Rainville) St. Yves, 86 of Leominster, died Saturday, November 24, 2007 in the Health Alliance Leominster Campus, Leominster. She was born in Leominster, on March 15, 1921, the daughter of the late John and the late Denora (Letare) Rainville. Mrs. St. Yves lived in Leominster all her life. She worked as a Nurse's Aid and Activities Director for Keystone Nursing Home in Leominster MA for 22 years retiring in 1988. She was a communicant of St. Cecilia's Church and a member of the Leominster Senior Citizens Center. She leaves two daughters, Patricia A Stumpf of Leominster, June Duval of Leominster; eight grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband of 25 years, Raymond J. St. Yves who died in 1964 and by her son John R. St. Yves who died in 1989. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, Nov. 29, 2207, at 10 a.m. in St. Cecilia's Church, 180 Mechanic Street, Leominster. Burial will follow in St. Cecilia's Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2007, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the M.A. Simard & Son Funeral Home 14 Walker St., Leominster.
