Frances St. Laurent

ORANGE- Frances “Tammy” St. Laurent, 85, of Orange, died March 13, at Heywood Hospital after an illness. Tammy was born November 13, 1932, in Lake Placid, New York, daughter of the late Dwayne and Frances Hathaway. Tammy was a teacher at the former Sanders Street School in Athol. She also worked as an ombudsman for the military. She later became a registered nurse. She leaves her husband of 51 years, Elmer “Saint” St. Laurent; her grandchildren, Shawn Abbott and his wife, Carol, Melissa, and Anna; her great grandson, Deven Abbott; and family, Judy and Bruce Powell. Visitation will take place Monday, March 19, from 1:30 to 2:30 P.M. at Fiske-Murphy & Mack Funeral Home, 110 New Athol Rd., Orange. Burial is private.
