Templeton – Frederick J. Lepkowski, 70, of Templeton, passed away on March 21, 2017.
He was born in Gardner on March 19, 1947, the son of the late Edward J. Lepkowski and Sophie (Mientus) Lepkowski.
Frederick leaves his longtime girlfriend, Gail Patria of Templeton; his son, Edward Lepkowski and his wife, Stacy of Athol; his daughter, Michele Lepkowski of Gardner; his granddaughter, Stephanie Drapeau; his sister, Cynthia Robinson and her husband Richard of Florida; and two nieces.
Frederick served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was awarded the Bronze Star, Good Conduct Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, as well as the National Defense Service Medal. He was also a member of the American Legion.
He worked for H & R Firearms for 40 years until his retirement.
Graveside services will be held at the Massachusetts Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery, Winchendon, on Friday March 31, 2017 at 11AM.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made in his memory to the National MS Society, www.nationalmssociety.org.
