Gail A. Young

ASHBURNHAM - Gail A. (Ferris) Young, 71 of 21 East Rindge Rd., Ashburnham, died Friday, August 19, 2011 at home. She was born in Fitchburg, on September 5, 1939, the daughter of the late Rodney and the late Geraldine (Vallencourt) Ferris. Gail grew up in Fitchburg and graduated from Fitchburg High School. She was a life member of the Hancock Veterans Fireman's Association in Ashburnham. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and playing scrabble. She leaves her husband of 54 years: Robert F. Young, two daughters: Brenda Blanchard of Ashburnham, Rachel Butwit of Athol; two sons, Richard Young of San Diego, CA, Ronald Young of Rindge, NH.
