Heather Ann Raym passed away August 18th, 2019. Heather was 27 years old, born on December 3rd, 1991 in Ocala, Fl. She was the daughter of Teresa Moylan and Keith Raym. She lived in Apex, North Carolina before moving to Ashburnham and graduating from Oakmont Regional High School in 2010. She was currently working for the Fitchburg School Department.
She leaves her beloved son, Everett and his father, Tyler Stanley; her mother and step father, Teresa and Paul Moylan of Ashburnham; and her father, Keith Raym. She was predeceased by her sister, Lauren Ashley Raym.
Heather loved the sun, the beach, and fishing but tolerated the snow. She was carefree, with a ready sense of humor; beautiful in every way. Her son Everett brought joy to her life. Motherhood was natural for her, not a responsibility, but a gift. An adventurous spirit, ready to perfect waterboarding, skiing, snowboarding – whatever adventure, she took to it, loving it gracefully.
Heather finally succumbed to her disease of addiction after struggling for years. She had the addiction caged and was winning the battle, she took her eye off for only a split second, and it took her life. She is missed by everyone who knew and love her.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, August 24, at 1:00 P.M. at the Ashburnham Community Church, 9 Chapel St., Ashburnham, followed by a reception in the Parish hall. For those who wish to join us after the ceremony in the parish hall, we encourage you to contribute any food or beverages.
