Hutchison Scott Curtis

PETERSHAM - Hutchison Scott Curtis, 83, died Tuesday, January 15, 2013 in the Heywood Hospital, Gardner.   He was born in Philadelphia, PA, on July 19, 1929, the son of Harry Leroy and Martha (Scott) Curtis.   He leaves his wife of 54 years Martha (Brierly) Curtis of Petersham, one brother, Harry L. Curtis Jr. of North New Portland, ME two nephews, Harry L. Curtis III of Pennington, NJ and Daniel S. Curtis of New York, NY.                                                                                                                         Mr. Curtis graduated from The Haverford School and the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.  He served during the Korean War with the Army Corps of engineers from 1950 to 1952.  He was Vice President of Sales for Reed & Prince Manufacturing Company in Worcester. Funeral services will be private and no calling hours are scheduled.
