LEOMINSTER - Irene C. (Hebert) Rajotte, 86 of 115 Winter St., Leominster, died Wednesday, March 7, 2007 in the River Terrace Healthcare, Lancaster, after a long illness. She was born in Leominster, on April 2, 1920, the daughter of the late William and the late Blanche (Lemieux) Hebert. She was a life-long resident of Leominster. She was a member of the Union St. Jean De-Baptiste and a member of the Leominster Golden Agers. She was employed at Mohawk Wire and Cable for over twenty years, retiring in 1982. She was a devote catholic and faithful parishioner of St. Cecilia´s Church. She was very proud of her Canadian French heritage. She loved to sew and was an amazing seamstress. She was a hard worker and lived a frugal life. Her joys were of her home and family. She was proud of her six children. In her life though she was not blessed with riches, she was rich with blessings. She leaves four daughters, Doris A. Ciccone and her husband Ronald of Leominster, Jane M. Comee and her husband Dennis of Gardner, Therese B. Morizzo of Concord, NH, Catherine A. DiRusso and her husband John of Leominster and one son: Charles D. Rajotte and his wife Michelle of Leominster; three sisters: Therese Tobin of Leominster, Pauline Hayes of Burlington, MA, Laurette Loiselle of Leominster and two brothers: Roger Hebert of Leominster, Paul Hebert of Leominster and ten grandchildren, three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband of forty-three years, Donat A. Rajotte who died in 1982, and by her son, Leo A. Rajotte who died in 2004. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Saturday, March 10, 2007 at 10:00 am in St. Cecilia´s Church, 180 Mechanic Street, Leominster. Burial will follow in St. Cecilia´s Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Friday, March 9, 2007, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the M.A. Simard & Son Funeral Home 14 Walker St., Leominster.
