Jackie A. Waugh

Jackie A. Waugh, age 55, a lifelong resident of Leominster, passed away unexpectedly on December 29, 2023 surrounded by family and friends.

Jackie was born on July 31, 1968, to the late John and Rita (Doucette) Pizzuti in Leominster, MA. 

Known for her humor and laughter, Jackie was always the gracious host. Surrounding herself with family and friends was where she was happiest. With an adventurous spirit, Jackie loved traveling, trips to Cape Cod, and jumping on the back of the bike with her husband, Jim.

Jackie is survived by her loving husband of 8 years James Waugh, her devoted daughter Alexa Pizzuti, her beloved grandchildren Serafina and Margherita, her brother Richard (Ashley) Pizzuti, and niece Evelyn. She also leaves her beloved stepson Gavin, her mother-in-law Theresa, and many brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews.  

Family and friends will gather to honor and remember Jackie for a period of visitation on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at Simard Funeral Home, 14 Walker St. Leominster, MA from 12pm - 3pm. Service to follow at 3pm.
