James T Brannon

Athol, MA. – James Taylor Brannon, 70, of Athol, passed away on Thursday, March 1, 2018. James was born in Beaumont, Texas on August 20, 1947 to Coy V. Brannon and Lillie M. (Govert) Brannon. James entered the United States Marine Corps in June of 1965 and served for 4 years. He enjoyed Nascar Racing and the New England Patriots. James is survived by his sisters; Jackie Lee Brannon Fox, Wanda Sue Brannon, Dorothy Brannon Rogers, and Connie Ann Brannon Irwin, a brother, Ronny Dan Brannon, and longtime companion, Carol Yates. James was predeceased by two brothers, Coy Bruce Brannon and Vernon Ray Brannon. A Funeral Service will be held Friday, March 16, 2018 at 11am at the Massachusetts Veterans’ Cemetery in Winchendon.
