Jason A. McClary

Jason Allen McClary, born on March 1, 1976, in Gardner, passed away on December 20, 2023. Residing in Northampton, Massachusetts, Jason was a beloved member of the community, living a life that was rich in experiences and relationships despite his unassuming persona.

He attended Hampshire Regional High School and was known for his love of cooking, animals, music, and taking long walks. 

Jason was a man of simple pleasures, drawing joy from his daily walks and the soothing sounds of music. His love of animals was evident in his gentle demeanor towards them, a testament to his compassionate and kind-hearted nature. 

Jason is survived by his sister, Jodi Somers, and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Horras McClary, and his mother, Corrine (Britt) Delorme.

In the words of Helen Keller, "What we have once enjoyed deeply we can never lose. All that we love deeply becomes a part of us."

Funeral services will be private.
