LEOMINSTER - Jeffrey M. Cameron, 65, of 201 Mechanic St., Leominster, died Saturday, November 23, 2013 in the Health Alliance Leominster Campus, Leominster, MA. He was born in Leominster, on October 10, 1948, the son of the late Maxwell M. and the late Irene (LaPrade) Cameron. Jeffrey grew up in Leominster where he attended Leominster Schools and Saxton Trade School.  He started working for Rand Whitney / Temple Inland Corp in 1968, retiring after 30 plus years.  He was a member of the Leominster Franco American Club and he enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.     He leaves two daughters: Keri LaVanway of Fitchburg,  Kim Cameron of Leominster; one sister: Linda McDowall of SC; three brothers: William Cameron of Lunenburg, Wallace Cameron of Leominster, David Cameron of Gardner; five grandchildren:  Leah Cameron, Ryan Cameron, Caitlin LaVanway, Steven LaVanway, Julie LaVanway; four great grandchildren:  Nylah Son, Kyleah Son, Syvahn Son, Rylee Cameron; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 30, 2013 at 12:00 pm in the Simard Funeral Home, 14 Walker Street, Leominster, Ma  01453.  Calling hours will be held Saturday from 10:00 - 12:00 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to the Simard Funeral Home, 14 Walker St., Leominster, MA 01453 to help defray the cost of the funeral.
