Jetta L (Proudy) Place

  ATHOL - Jetta L. (Proudy) Place, 66 of Athol, died Friday, September 26, 2014 in the UMass Memorial Medical Center - University Campus, Worcester, MA. She was born in Gardner, on December 1, 1947, the daughter of the late Chester G. and the late Blanche A. (Kidder) Proudy. She grew up in Winchendon and moved to Athol 15 years ago.  She worked for Modern Contract.  She enjoyed knitting, collecting recipes, hot wheel cars and loved fishing and cookouts. She leaves; four sons: Michael Gravel of Athol, Albert E. Gravel Jr. of NC, Edward A Gravel and his wife Karen of Gardner, Kevin M Gravel and his wife Tammy of Leominster; two granddaughter:  Brittany Gravel, Brianna Gravel; two special friends:  George Ford of Templeton, Michelle Favreau of Athol. No services are scheduled.
