Joan F. Mason

Joan F. (Duel) Mason, 57, formerly of Athol, died Monday, September 11, 2006 in the Wachusett Manor Nursing Home, Gardner. She was born in New York, NY, on December 6, 1948, the daughter of Harry Duel, Sr. and the late Mary (Reynolds) Duel. Joan enjoyed knitting and crafts. She leaves four daughters, Tammy Hubbard of Athol, Terry Pike of Arizona, Dolly Hathaway of Colorado and Melissa Choquette of Orange; one sister, Jean Dzeima of Athol; one brother, Harry Duel, Jr. of Athol, and fifteen grandchildren. She was predeceased by two sisters, Josie Green and Gail Deveneau. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, September 19, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. in South Cemetery, Orange.
