Joey Paul Bachand

 LEOMINSTER-----Joey Paul Bachand 41 of Leominster died Saturday December 10, 2011 in Health Alliance Leominster Hospital after a long illness.  He was born August 18, 1970 in Leominster MA the son of Alfred Bachand and Sharon (Shepard) Bachand.  Besides his parents Alfred and Sharon Bachand, he leaves his daughter Cori Lynn Owen, a grandson, his sister Michelle Dowling his niece Sherra Dowling and his nephew KJ Dowling all of Leominster. He also leaves behind his estranged wife Cindy Bachand and her daughters, Cassandra and Katie Towne of Clinton MA. Aunts, uncles’ cousins and friends.  Joey attended Leominster High Trade School. After high school he worked locally as an auto body mechanic. He had a love for cars and was an avid NASCAR fan. He was a communicant of both St Cecilia’s Church and Holy family of the Nazareth Church both in Leominster MA.  Calling hours in Simard Funeral Home 14 Walker St Leominster will be held on Tuesday December 13, 2011 from 6pm-8pm.  Funeral services and burial are private.  In lieu of flowers donations in his memory can be made to the American Diabetes Association 330 Congress St Boston MA. and may be left at the funeral home.   Simard Funeral Home 14 Walker St is directing arrangements.     $(document).ready(function(){ });
