GARDNER – John E. Oja, 43, of 20 Franklin Court, Gardner died Friday, July 27, 2012 in the UMass Medical Center in Worcester.
He was born in Gardner on May 19, 1969. John grew up in Gardner and attended Fitchburg High School.
He worked with his father and brother in the family business of vinyl siding. He loved his dog Romeo and spending time with his niece Mya.
He leaves a son John E. Oja of Charleston, NH; a daughter, Emily R. Oja of Charleston, NH; his mother, Louise “Dolly†Oja of Gardner; his father, Derrill E. Oja, Sr. of Baldwinville; and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his brother, Derrill Oja, Jr. who died in April of 2011.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at 11 a.m. in the Mack Funeral Home, 91 Vernon St., Gardner. A calling hour will be held Tuesday from 10 to 11 a.m. Burial will be private at a later date.
