Joseph William Mahoney

ORANGE- Joseph William Mahoney, 32, beloved son of John and Candace (Plaisted) Mahoney, and soulmate of Crystal St. Pierre, went to be with God on December 15. Besides his parents, he leaves his older brother, Jonathan Mahoney and his girlfriend, Kayla McGovern; his sister, Jennifer Mahoney Mason and brother-in-law, Jonathan Mason; Crystals two sons, Nicholas Aguilera and Justin St. Pierre. Nephews, Colby Mason, Casey Mason, Colin Mason, Caunor Mason, and Malachi Mahoney; honorary nieces, Giana St. Pierre and Jolynn Blanchard. Maternal grandparents, Patricia Bowen and William Bowen. Paternal grandmother, Josephine Mahoney. Several aunts, uncles, and cousins. His friends and family describe him as a big teddy bear with gentle sweetness, always laughing, entertaining, contagious smile, and fiercely loyal. He was an avid Boston sports fan. Joey will be sorely missed by us all including his 6 cats, 3 dogs, and turtle. The celebration of life will be held Tuesday, December 20, at 2:00 P. M. at Fiske-Murphy & Mack Funeral Home, 110 New Athol Rd. Orange. The family requests casual attire. There are no calling hours. Immediately following there will be a gathering with light hors d’oeuvres at King Phillip Restaurant upstairs lounge in Phillipston, MA.
