Josephine "Josie" (Bonaffini) Beauchemin, 96 Beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great-grandmother and great great-grandmother Leominster-Josephine ``Josie" (Bonaffini) Beauchemin, 96 died Monday, May 24, 2021 at HeatlhAlliance Leominster Hospital.    Her husband George A. Beauchemin died in 2006.    She leaves two daughters, Diane C (Beauchemin) Beaudoin and her husband Norman of Lunenburg and Sheila.A. (Beauchemin) Vogler of Tucson, AZ; four grandchildren, Tara C. Beaudoin R.N of Leominster, Michael Beaudoin and his significant partner Jene Gallant of Leominster, Jeffrey Vogler and his wife Michelle of Tucson, AZ and Christopher Vogler and his wife Bernice of Tucson, AZ; six great grandchildren, Anthony Gallant, Claudia Beaudoin, Alexander Beaudoin and Marcus Beaudoin all of Leominster, Abigail Vogler and Kayla Vogler of Tucson, AZ; one great great-granddaughter, Aleena Sophia Gallant-Sierra of Leominster and many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.    She is predeceased by two sisters, Anna (Bonaffini) Mancuso and Concetta (Bonaffini) Walker; two brothers, James Bonaffini and Phillip Bonaffini.    She was born in Fitchburg on November 8, 1924 a daughter of the late Antonio and Concetta (Valera) Bonaffini. She was a 1942 graduate of St. Bernards High School. Josie worked as a secretary and treasurer for the Whittonn's Insurance Agency in Leominster for 39 years until her retirement in 1992.    She was a longtime member of St. Cecilia's Parish, a member of the Ladies of Anne's, and had made hundreds of wedding cakes for her family and friends in her earlier years.   Josie was very proud of her roots, being part of the first generation of the Bonaffini family born in the United States as her parents immigrated from Sicily.   She got great pleasure in playing Mrs. Claus to her husband George's Santa for the Children of the Rand Whitney factory and was highly recognized and appreciated by then owner Robert Kraft and his late wife, Myra.  She also loved to sew, cook, doing various crafts and socializing with family and friends.   Her funeral will be on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at 11:00 at St. Cecilia's Church, 180 Mechanic Street, Leominster, MA.    Burial will follow in St. Cecilia's Cemetery, Leominster, MA    Calling Hours will be in the Simard Funeral Home, 14 Walker Street, Leopminster, MA from 9:00-10:30, Saturday morning prior to the funeral.     In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Operation Service, 45 Dailey Terrace, Fitchburg, MA 01420   To leave an online condolence visit, www.mackfamilyfh.com
