Joyce E. (Ellsworth) Labrecque

ATHOL - Joyce Elaine (Ellsworth) Labrecque, 80 of 158 Grove St., Athol, died Sunday, September 25, 2016 in the Athol Hospital, Athol. She was born in Franklin, Vermont, on November 16, 1935, the daughter of the late Elmer and the late Lucille (Rushford) Ellsworth. She graduated from Athol High School. She was a secretary at Whipps Inc. from 1987 until her retirement. She also worked for Rodney Hunt and drove school bus. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, and cross stitch. She leaves her husband of 30 years, Robert J. Labrecque of Athol; one daughter, Amie Tarantola of Melbourne, FL; one son, Ricky Desreuisseau of Athol; one step-son, Arthur Labrecque of Athol; two step-daughters, Pattie Williams of Virginia, Debra Lee of Modesta, CA; one brother, Larry Ellsworth; ten grandchildren; four step-grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. She was predeceased by four sons, Ronald Desreuisseau, Donald Desreuisseau, Michael Desreuisseau and Brian Desreuisseau. Funeral services will be held Friday, September 30, 2016 at 10:00 am in the Fiske-Murphy & Mack Funeral Home, 110 New Athol Road, Orange. Burial will follow in Silver Lake Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Thursday, September 29, 2016 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Fiske-Murphy & Mack Funeral Home.
