Kenneth R. Morley, Jr., 63 of 83 Royalston Road, died Saturday, October 21, 2006 in the UMass Memorial Medical Center - Memorial Campus, Worcester.
He was born in Massachusetts on February 22, 1943, the son of Kenneth R.Morley, Sr. and the late Edna (Fleming) Morley.
He was a Salesman for Fire Burst in Orange. Kenneth retired from the Mahar Regional School District, where he was a math teacher for many years. He was a Peace Corp volunteer and was a member of the New England Apparel Club and the Appalacian Mountain Club. His hobbies included canoeing, hiking, rock climbing, ice climbing, scuba diving and international travel.
He leaves his wife, Genevieve (Martin) Morley; his father, Kenneth R. Morley, Sr. of Penellas Park, FL; one daughter, Kia Mellon and her husband, Matthew of Philadelphia; one son, Kenneth V. Morley and his wife Alison of Columbia, MD; and one brother, Donald Morley of Blairestown, NJ.
Memorial services will be held at a date and time to be announced.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations may be made in Kenneth's memory to the Mount Grace Land Conservation Trust, 1461 Old Keene Rd., Athol, MA 01331.
