Kenneth F. Reavis

ORANGE - Kenneth F. Reavis, Sr., 76 of 383 East River St., Orange, died Monday, August 30, 2010 in the Heywood Hospital, Gardner. He was born in West Medford, MA, on July 14, 1934, the son of the late George A. and the late Frances (Calloway) Reavis. He was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the United States Army. He was honored to be a veteran and was very proud of his military service. Kenny was a member of the Athol-Orange Baptist Church and enjoyed attending Sunday services. He especially enjoyed spending time with the children of the church. He loved plants and always took great care of them. Has was a resident of Orange for the past 12 years coming from Boston. Funeral services with full military honors will be held Friday, September 3, 2010 at 1:00 pm in the Massachusetts Veterans' Memorial Cemetery, 111 Glenallen St., Winchendon. A calling period will be held Friday, September 3, 2010, from 11:30 - 12:15 pm at the Murphy Funeral Home, 137 Main St., Athol.
