Kris A. Strong

ATHOL - Kris A. Strong, 57 of 1184 Chestnut St., Athol, died Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at home. He was born in Athol, on February 22, 1959, the son of Allie B. and the late Geraldine V. (Pratt) Strong. Kris grew up in Athol and graduated from Athol High School with the Class of 1978. He was a plumber, working for Brousseau Plumbing. He enjoyed spending time at his camp in New Hampshire. He loved the outdoors, fishing and snowmobiling. He leaves one son: Jason Strong of Royalston; one sister: Kathy Colmenares of Royalston; one brother: Kent B. Strong of Athol; several nieces and nephews. Besides his mother, Kris was predeceased by his son Andrew Strong in 1995. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
