Laura F. Morin

ATHOL - Laura F. Morin, 69, died Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at home in Athol. Laura was born October 8, 1946 in Gloucester. She is the daughter of the late Everett Edward and the late Mary Joanne (Carroll) Arruda. Laura grew up and attended school in Gloucester, moving to Athol in 2001. Laura’s first work experience was as a baker at Ski’s Baker Shop, owned by her father. She later worked packing fish in Gloucester and as a bartender at the American Legion in Beverly for 13 years, and after moving to Athol she worked at Country Convenience making Chester Fried Chicken. She enjoyed plants and gardening, spending time with her grandchildren and watching Nascar. She is survived her boyfriend: Dennis Livingston of Athol; her two daughters: Shelley Graham-Bunker of Athol and Brandi Willis of Peoria, AZ and one son: Jason Burnett of Rockport; two brothers: Dan Arruda of Gloucester and Everett Arruda, Jr. of Haverhill; she also has four grandchildren: James Graham, John Graham, Makayler Morin and Sean Willis; and one great granddaughter: Audrey Graham.
