LEOMINSTER- Lillian I. Normandin, 87 of Leominster, died November 4, 2017 in Fitchburg Healthcare (formerly The Golden Living Center),Fitchburg.
Lillian was born on August 12, 1930 in Leominster MA, the daughter of Arthur & Violet (Rouisse) Thibodeau.
She is survived by her children: Linda and Doug Brailey of Fitchburg, Don and Tricia Normandin of Fitchburg, Jane and Mike Fry of Lakewood Washington & Rick and Jan Normandin of Lowell; 8 grandchildren: Tracey, Melissa, Karen, Kristen, Shannon, Danny, Timmy and Alex; 8 great-grandchildren: Corey, Ashley, Andrew, Nicole, Finn, Liam, Connor and Colby.
She also leaves a sister Annette Kirby and Her husband Raymond of Leominster, several sisters-in-law & brothers-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
She was pre-deceased by her husband of 66 years, Walter, June 4, 2017, a grandson Douglas Braley Jr., and sister Irene Gendron.
Lillian was a communicant at St. Cecilia’s Parish in Leominster.
A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at 11 am in St. Cecilias Church, 180 Mechanic St., Leominster. Burial will be private at a later date.
Calling hours will be held Tuesday, November 7, 2017 from 5-7 pm at Simard Funeral Home 14 Walker St., Leominster.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Lillian’s name may be made to the St. Cecilia’s Parish.
