Linda E. Anderholm

ATHOL - Linda E. (Muzzey) Anderholm, 45, of 483 Pleasant Street, Athol, passed into eternal life on Tuesday, November 2, 2010 surrounded by her loving family and friends. She was born in Greenfield on January 3, 1965, the daughter of the late Dr. P. David and the late Carole (Miller) Muzzey. Linda was a resident of Athol and graduated from Athol High School with the class of 1983. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Studies from Worcester State College and graduated from Spirit Life Bible College in Irvine, CA. Linda became an ordained minister and always gave generously of her time to those in need of spiritual comfort. Previously, she worked for many years as a dental assistant and receptionist with her father, Dr. Muzzey, in Athol. More recently, she worked as a cook for the Gardner Visiting Nursing Association. Linda had also worked for Lawrence Merchandising. She was active with the YMCA in Athol and the ASPCA. She was an avid gardener, loved spending time at Sportsman Pond, as well as time with her friends and family, especially with her daughter, Anastasia. Linda will always be remembered for her beautiful smile, big heart, sense of humor, and her strong faith. She leaves her daughter, Anastasia E. Anderholm of Athol; her sisters, Jennifer G. Muzzey of Hoboken, NJ, Sara E. Muzzey of Newington, CT, Emily M. Niedzwiecki and her husband, Ronald, of Orange; her brother, Christopher W. D. Muzzey of Athol; three nieces, Marlena Niedzwiecki, Sarah Anderholm, Kelsey Anderholm; and three nephews, Seth Anderholm, Drew Anderholm and Nathan Anderholm; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. A celebration of Linda's life will be held on Saturday, November 13, 2010 at 11 a.m. in the Fiske Funeral Home, 1356 Main Street, Athol. Calling hours will be held on Friday, November 12, 2010 from 5 pm to 7 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that contributions be made to the Linda E.
